OK, so I haven't exactly been as dedicated as I was hoping. 4 weeks later I'm still on week 3 of the Couch to 5K. But that's alright, slow and steady wins the race, right? I've been going to the gym and hitting the treadmill almost every day (well, at least 5 days a week). I missed yesterday since I didn't go to work, and today I only walked (but walked 2.6 miles). Tomorrow I'm planning on getting up early and hitting the local rail trail. I've already lost a few pounds and I just feel better! :)
You are totally doing it the right way! If you can't keep up with a specific program, do what you can! That is the best way to do this :)
